At the Garden Home, peacefully with his wife Dorothy at his side, on Friday, June 6, 2014 of Everett Thomas Wakelin of Charlottetown, age 94 years.
Beloved husband of Dorothy (nee Rodd). Dear father of Sandra Stead (Lowell) and Sheila Wakelin (Jan Thijsse). Loving grandfather of Troy King (Tracey) and Rachelle "Shelly" Compton (Grant). Great-grandfather of Taylor and Dale King and Kate and John Thomas Compton. Predeceased by his parents, Robert and Maude (Munn) Wakelin; by his brothers, Walter, Raymond, Cecil, Lloyd, Stanley, George and infant sister, Ruby.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home from where the funeral will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday at 1 p.m. Interment in People's Cemetery, Charlottetown. Visiting hours on Sunday 2-5 p.m.
