Passed peacefully away at the Interfaith Citizen`s Home, Carbonear on Sunday, June 8, 2014 at the age of 78. She was predeceased by her husband Bartley. Leaving to mourn her children; Robert, Nellie (Robert), Allan (Amy), Rick (Margaret), Keith (Colleen),Leslie (Norma), Sherry (Dale). Grandchildren; Jason, Jeremy, Glenda, Brian, Shawn, Vanessa, Allan, Danny, Ricky, Amanda, Bartley, Annabelle and Alyssa. 13 great-grandchildren, Brother Steve (Mary). Also a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Holloway`s Funeral Home, Whitbourne. Visitation Monday 4:00 - 9:30 pm. Tuesday 10:00 am - 9:30 pm. Wednesday 10:00 am - 12:00. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 11 at 2:00 pm from Trinity United Church, Blaketown. Interment to follow at the United Church cemetery, Markland. Please no flowers. Donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada. In Maureen`s eyes there was nothing better than being able to share her love with her family and friends.
