Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 of Gloria E. Stretch, of Charlottetown and formerly of St. Catherine's, age 80 years.
Loving wife of Floyd Stretch. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Debbie Gass (Alan), Ian Stretch (Judy), Patty MacNevin (Keir), Norma Brown (Chris); her 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Gloria is lovingly remembered by her brother, Louis Burdett (Marina), and by her sister-in-law, Marguerite Burdett. Predeceased by her parents, Thomas and Harriett (Gorveatt) Burdett, and by her three brothers and three sisters.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home from where the funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday, June 13 at 10:30 a.m. Visitation Thursday, June 12 from 4-7 p.m. Interment in Long Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
