May 11, 1941 - June 11, 2014: Passed peacefully away at the Palliative Care Unit at the L.A. Miller Centre on Wednesday, June 11, 2014, after a courageous battle with cancer, John (Jack) Finn, age 73 years, from the Goulds. Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Louise Finn; brother William (Sally); brother - in - law Ed Janes and sister - in - law Ruby Carey. Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 51 years Isabel (nee Carey); his children Wanda St. George (Ken), Billy (Netta), Richie (Kathy); also grandchildren John, Natasha, Roy, Chantel and Shannon; also brothers David (Sandra), Bernard (Melita), Eddie (Edwina) and Tom (Carol); sisters Genny Murphy, Rose Janes, Veronica Dooling (Leonard), Patricia Madore (Claude), Bernadine Dyke, Harriet Stanley, who is married to his lifelong friend Len (Huck); also his brothers - in - law Paddy and Jackie (Gert) and sister - in - law Agnes (Chris), also leaving to mourn a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and special friends. Special thanks to Dr. Grewal and MacIntyre, nurse Yvonne Gulliver and the staff of the Ambulatory Treatment Centre at the Health Science Centre, also special thanks to the staff at the Palliative Care Unit. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road on Thursday from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Friday from 12 noon - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass to take place on Saturday, June 14, 2014 from St. Kevin's Church, Goulds at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Kevin's Cemetery.
