LeBLANC, ERNESTINE - 1910 - 2014 - Cocagne, NB – Ernestine LeBlanc, 103, passed away peacefully at the Foyer Saint-Antoine, Saint-Antoine, NB on Saturday, June 21st, 2014. Born in Cocagne, NB, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and the late Élise Goguen (William). Ernestine will be sadly missed by her son, Roméo (Marielle) of Cocagne; by her five daughters, Juliette LeBlanc (Tilmon) of Cocagne, Dorilla Couture (Marcel) of Cocagne, Annette LeBlanc (Jean-Paul LeClair) of Moncton, Cécile LeBlanc (Lee Kennedy) of Cocagne and Louise LeBlanc of Moncton; by her two brothers, Elphège Goguen (Florence), Dismas Goguen (Raymonde) all of Cocagne; by her sister, Élise LeBlanc (late Edgar) of Moncton; by her nine grandchildren and by her ten great-grandchildren; also by several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, her husband Aurèle LeBlanc, she was predeceased by her son Gérald; by her granddaughter, Janice Basque; by her four sisters, Delphine, Rosé, Anna and Régina; by her three brothers, Raymond, Edgar and Tilmon.
Visitations will be at Passage in Shediac Bridge on Tuesday, June 24th, 2014 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and from 7:00 to 9:00pm. There will be no visitation at the funeral home on Wednesday morning. Funeral service will be held at the Saint Pierre de Cocagne Roman Catholic Church in Cocagne on Wednesday, June 25th, 2014 at 11:00am. Burial to follow in the parish cemetery. Donations to the Saint Pierre de Cocagne Cemetery Fund, Foyer Saint-Antoine or to the donors choice would be appreciated.
