Danny Gerald Conlin passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 1, 2014, at the age of 58, in Calgary, AB. He will be dearly missed by his daughter, April Loewen; son, Mike Conlin; grandson, Brice Loewen, all of Calgary; his mother, Jean Trainor; sisters, Kathleen Dickieson, Carrie James, Joanne Case, Jackie McIntyre, Mary Conlin; his brother, Sean Conlin; a large extended family and many friends. Danny was born and raised in Oshawa, ON, and moved to P.E.I. with his family during his teenage years. He moved to Calgary and during the past few years he spent summers paving in Calgary and winters in Mexico where he relaxed, read, enjoyed the heat and played his music. Danny was very talented at singing and playing guitar to the music of Neil Young and the Rolling Stones, among his favourites. He had a great sense of humour and loved to have and poke fun.
