Passed peacefully away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre, on Friday, July 18, 2014, William Louis King, of Point Aux Gaul, in his 74th year. Predeceased by his father, Wilfred King; mother, Caroline King; Sisters, Sheila Hillier & Viola Bungay. Leaving to mourn his beloved partner, Mabel Caines of Lamaline; His children: Roberta (Alex) of St. John’s, NL, Neil (Rose) of Greenwood, NS, Karen (Kevin) of Halifax, NS & Heather of Ellerston, NS; 5 Grandchildren: Bryan, Stephen, Naomi-Lee, Brandon & Lindsay; 1 Great-Grandchild, Ryker. Survived by sisters, Alma (Freeman) of Fortune, Blanche (Clarence) of Point Aux Gaul, Mary (Lloyd) of Surrey, BC, Linda (Doug) of Victoria, BC, Thelma (Morgan) of Winnipeg, MB, Helen of Jalisco, Mexico & Violet of St. John’s, NL; brothers, Leonard (Helen) of Havre-boucher, NS, Cecil (Marilyn) of Point May, Melvin (Darlene) of Souris, PEI and Frank (Tracey) of Portugal Cove-St. Phillips, NL. The family extends a special thank you to his close friend, Noella King and would like to especially remember the Cluney family of Souris, PEI: Jackie, Bea, Darlene, Noella, Carl & their families.
