The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Sunday, July 27, 2014 of Hazel C. (nee Todd) Frizzell of Wedgewood Manor, Summerside and formerly of Rose Valley, aged 86 years.
Born in Rose Valley, October 6, 1927, daughter of the late James and Christena (Thomas) Todd.
Wife of the late S. Leslie Frizzell. Mother of Cecil (Marion) Frizzell, Warren Grove and Dianne (Arnie) Winsor, Rattenbury Road. Grandmother of Blair (Karen) Frizzell, Scott (Renée) Frizzell and Lesley (Rocky) Schurman. Great-grandmother of Claira and Carrick Frizzell and Avery and Reid Schurman. Sister of Thelma Fookes. Sister-in-law of Jean Frizzell, Sadie Frizzell and Allison (Harriet) Frizzell.
Predeceased by sisters, Margaret Compton, Ella Sherren, Annie Frizzell, Katie Edwards, Violet Mayne, Olive Todd in infancy; brothers, Ewen Todd, Earl Todd, and Samuel Todd in infancy; brothers-in-law, Lloyd Frizzell, Ivan Frizzell and Roy Frizzell; and sisters-in-law, Amy MacLeod, Reta Todd, Verna Dixon, Priscilla Woodside and Doris Bull.
Resting at the Davison Funeral Home, Kensington for visitation on Thursday from 4-7 p.m. Funeral Friday in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 10:30 a.m. Interment in the Summerfield United Cemetery.
