Raised in St. John’s, Newfoundland and resident of Ottawa. Best friend and loving husband of Holly Pender-Ryall. Proud and cherished father of Hayley, Jake and Sophie. Son of William and Krystina Ryall of St. John’s and brother of Julia (Mike). Grandson-in-law of Etta Best; son-in-law of Derm and Linda Pender; brother-in-law of Lori (Jason), all of St. John’s. Bill will be missed by his friends and family in St. John’s and Ottawa as well as his colleagues at Cisco Systems. Friends are invited to visit at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Avenue (at Richmond Road) on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass will be Celebrated at Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church, 1489 Shea Road, Stittsville, Ontario on Friday, February 19 at 11am.
