Moulton, Norma Mae, age 86 from Halifax, NS, formerly of Marystown, NL. Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on August 4, 2014, at the SVNH Hfx, NS. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother. She was born in Toronto, ON, to the late Fred Moulton and Pearl Foote of Burin Bay, NL.

Leaving to mourn, children, Janice Wiscombe (John Morehouse), Halifax, Ruby Brake (William) Witby, ON, Julie Pittman (Richard) Logan Lake BC; James Wiscombe (Betty Abbott) Burin, NL, Gayanne Carvery (Kevin) Burin, NL; 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren; sister, Lorraine Grandy (Arch) Halifax, NS; sister-in-law, Ruth Moulton, Halifax. She was predeceased by parents, her former husband, William Wiscombe; brother, Albert Moulton.

The family is especially grateful to Donna Thorne, her long time loyal friend, caregiver, and surrogate daughter. We would like to thank caregivers, Norma, Shelly, and Carla, and the staff and nursing team, 2nd floor, St. Vincent Nursing Home.

A celebration of Norma’s life will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2014 at 11 am in the J.A. Snow Memorial Chapel, 339 Lacewood Dr., Halifax, (455-0531), with burial at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
