Passed peacefully away Thursday, August 21, 2014 at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital, Cavell Gallagher (nee Taylor) aged 81 years. Predeceased by her husband Thomas Gallagher; parents: John & Ethel Taylor; brothers: John and Leslie; sister Pearl Collins. Left to mourn: Son Wayne Williams and wife Linda - Eastern Passage, NS; grandchildren: Jeff and Katie; great grandchildren: Nicholas, Zoe and Abagail all from Nova Scotia; sister Dorothy Clark - Vancouver, BC; Special nephew Charles Taylor and wife Fanny; also a large number of nieces, nephews and a circle of family and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue from 7-9pm Saturday and from 2-4pm and 7-9pm on Sunday. Funeral service from the Salvation Army West Corps, Mundy Pond on Monday, August 25, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Interment at the Field of Honour, Mount Pleasant Cemetery. No flowers by request.
