April 6, 1952 - September 1, 2014. Passed away after a heroic, but brief battle with ALS, surrounded by his loving wife and children. Predeceased by his father, Isaac, mother, Elsie, brothers George and Harold. He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years Dale, daughters, Courtney (David), Erin (Chris), son Colin (Nicole), granddaughters Grace, Isabelle and Alexandria as well as many extended family members. He was a music and nature lover, as well as a talented photographer, who was always ready for life's next adventure. Gerry was deeply loved by a close group of family and friends and will be greatly missed. Visitation at Holloway's Funeral Home, Whitbourne on Thursday, 10:00 am to 9:30 pm. Friday 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Funeral service will be held on Friday Sept 5, 2014 at 2:00 pm from Trinity United Church, Blaketown. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Whitbourne.
