December 25, 1943- September 10, 2014. Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre surrounded by his loving family on September 10, 2014, Noel Parsley aged 70 years. Predeceased by his mother and father; William and Kathleen Parsley, brothers Edward and Bill and sister Patsy. Leaving to mourn with fond memories wife Thelma (Noftle), daughter Sherry (Stan Holomego), and son Christopher. Sister Marie, brother David (Pat), cousins Arthur and Leona LeGrow and members of the Kavanagh and Parsley families. As well, he leaves a number of nieces and nephews, and longtime dear friend John Walsh, of Shediac, New Brunswick. Noel was a well-respected, longtime businessman in St. John's and will surely be missed by many colleagues in the real estate and business community. As was his request, cremation has taken place. Noel will be resting at Carnell's Funeral Home Thursday, September 11th 2-4 & 7-9, and Friday, September 12th 10-1. A service in his memory will be held at Mary Queen of Peace on Friday, September 12th at 3p.m with inurnment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
