It is with great sadness that the family of the late Inez Russell announce her passing at the Bay St. George Long Term Care Center on Wednesday September 10th 2014 at the age of 81 years. She will be sadly missed by her four sons: Kevin (Debbie) in Calgary, Danny (Isabel) in Stephenville, Greg in Toronto, Roger (Vonnie) in Stephenville Crossing, two daughters: Ann (Matt) Hynes in Deer Lake, Peggy (Sean) Easton in Toronto. Also leaving to mourn is her sister Doris Jesso in Corner Brook, her stepsister Nellie Rowe in Toronto, 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and a large circle of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her son Jerry and her husband Gervase and sister Reda Payne. Visitation will take place on Friday September 12th 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 from Russells Funeral Home in Stephenville. Funeral services will take place on Saturday September 13th 2014 at 10 a.m. from St. Stephen’s Parish on West Street in Stephenville. Cremation to follow funeral and interment will take place on Sunday September 14th 2014 at 2p.m. at Hillside Interfaith Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
