RAYNES, NANCY EILEEN - It is with great sadness the family announce the death of Nancy E. Raynes who passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital on September 16, 2014. Born June of 1941 in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Gertrude (Davidson) Andrews. Nancy is survived by her sons Ralph Jr. (Caroline) of Saint John, Robert (Victoria) of Rothesay, Arthur “Bim” of Saint John, Charles (Deborah) of Saint John and Mark (Mary Ann) of Welsford; one daughter Sherry Dawn Arsenault (Claude) of Miramichi; brothers Charles and George (Elaine) both of Saint John; one sister Barbara Petch (Robert) of Ontario; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Ralph and brother Robert Davis. Nancy was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She enjoyed quilting and spending time with family and friends.
By her request, no visitation or service will be held. A private family burial will be held at a later date at Harding’s Point Cemetery, Harding’s Point.
