It is with great sadness that the family of the late Denis “Rally” Taylor announce his passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital Palliative Care Unit on Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at the age of 58 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and precious memories, his loving wife of 36 years, Eunice; son Denis (Lesley Ann); daughter April (Jason) Loder; his pride and joys: grandsons Riley and Ryder; sisters: Sheila, Ruth (Melvin), and Pauline (Foster); brothers: Calvin (June), Eric (Carolyn), Brian (Lori), Perry (Sharon), and Phillip; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Predeceased by parents Lorne and Josena Taylor; brother Donald and sister Clara. In keeping with Denis’ wishes, cremation has taken place. Friends may visit St. Paul’s Anglican Church in Summerside on Wednesday 7-9 p.m. and Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m., from where the Funeral Service will take place on Friday, September 19, 2014 at 2:00 p.m., officiated by Reverend Malcolm Palmer. Interment will take place at a later date. The family would like to express deepest thanks to the doctors and nurses at the Palliative Care Unit for the support and care given to Denis and the family during such a difficult time. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
