Beal, Lee Mary nee Melanson (Retired Teacher from Durham Catholic School Board) Peacefully surrounded by family on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at Bowmanville Hospital at the age of 92. Beloved wife of Hyle. Cherished mother to Robert (Lynn), Betty (Kevin Wight), Jon (Anne) and Nancy (Brian Fraser). Devoted Grandmother to Nancy, Brent, Shannon, Lorri-Anne, Ian, Tammy, Jonathan, Alexandra and Sydney. Loving Great Grandmother to Adam, Emily, Paige, Halie, Taylor, Jordyn, Ashton and Oliver. Daughter of the late Emma (Richard) and Joseph Melanson. Predeceased by brothers Henry, Harvey, Ernie, and Albert "B", and by her sisters Ida and Mary. Lee will be sadly missed by her extended family, friends and all who knew her. Special thank’s to all doctors and nursing staff at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville.
