The peaceful passing of David L. Young occurred at the Northern Lights Regional Health Center, Fort McMurray, Alberta on September 15, 2014.
He will be fondly remembered and missed by his son, Shane (Heide); his daughter, Andrea Campbell (Robin); and his grandchildren, Niaomi, Hedda-Mae, David, Kailee and Eve, all living in Fort McMurray, AB. Survived by his sisters, Christine Young of Clyde River, Anna Cornish (Roy) of Summerside, as well as several nieces and nephews on P.E.I.
David was predeceased by his parents, Keith and Edith (Livingston) Young of Clyde River and his brother, Keith Bruce Young of Oshawa, ON.
Resting at the Belvedere Funeral Home. No visitation by family request. A celebration of his life will be held Friday at 3 p.m. at the Burnside Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Clyde River.
