Passed peacefully away at Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre, Burin, NL, on Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2014, IVAN EUGENE LEGGE SR., of Creston South, NL, in his 88th year. Leaving to mourn his loving wife Grace, children Margaret Jauch (Jim), Calgary, AB, Judy Chalker (Tim), Grand Falls – Windsor, Ivan Jr. (Catherine), Creston South, Rick (Mary), Creston South, Alvin (Mary), Creston South, Lonnell (Marilyn), Creston South,10 Grandchildren, 11 Great Grandchildren; Brother in law Clayton Senior, Toronto, ON; and a large circle of relatives and friends.

Predeceased by his parents James and Margaret Legge, brothers John, Joseph, and Samuel, sisters Bertha and Ella, brothers in law Don and Rex and sister in law Winona.

Rev. Gloria Wendover & Rev. Robert Peddle conducted the Funeral Service at St. Michael’s Anglican Church, Creston South, on Saturday, September 27th, 2014; at 10:30 am. Interment was at the Anglican Church Cemetery in Creston South, NL.

Donations in Ivan’s memory may be made to the St. Michael’s Anglican Cemetery Fund or Parkinson’s Society.

Pallbearers were Michelle Legge, Glenn Devereaux, Jeremy Legge, Lonnell Legge, Timothy Chalker, Glenn Young.
