The death occurred peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown, on Thursday, January 1, 2009, of Doreen Jacquard (nee MacMillan) of Souris, aged 72 years. Wife of the late Joseph (Frenchy) Jacquard. Loved mother of Debbie MacDonald of Sydney, N.S., and Scott MacDonald of Louisbourg, N.S. Sadly missed by grandchildren Natasha, Christopher and Jacob, and two great-grandchildren, Brody and Kyle. Predeceased by infant son George Brock, sister Flora Rooney and brothers Albert MacMillan, Carl MacMillan, Nick MacMillan and Arnold MacMillan. Resting at the Dingwell Funeral Home, Souris.
