Judith Elaine O’Keefe, of Franklyn Street, Sydney, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2014, at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney.
Born in Sydney, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Muriel (Reader) Palmer.
Surviving are her husband, Paul; daughter, Renee O’Keefe (Chad), Sydney; sons, Raymond, Sydney and Robert (Jane), Petawawa, Ont.; sisters, Lois (Lenny) Wludyka, Sydney, Doreen Davidson, London, Ont. and Nadine (Murray) Nicholson, Ottawa, Ont.; grandchildren, Kohlton, Carter, Tyler, Hanna and Joshua; special friends, Patsy and Ray Foley, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Judy was predeceased by her sister, Wendy March.
Cremation has taken place and interment will be held at a later date.
Memorials may be made to the palliative care unit at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital.
