Peacefully at Beach Grove Home on Sunday, January 4, 2009, of Mrs. M. Erma (nee MacKinnon) Cudmore of Charlottetown and formerly of Riverdale, P.E.I., age 72 years. Erma was the beloved wife of R. Clive Cudmore and dear mother of David (Cuddy) (Kim Cooke) Cudmore, Marion (Dan) Phalen and Heather (Michael) Cudmore-McCarthy. Also survived by her grandchildren, Luke and Erica Cudmore, Alexa McDonald and Charlotte Phalen, Conor, Rory, Liam and Sean McCarthy; sisters, Florence Docherty and Velda Gass; sisters-in-law, Roma (Gass) MacKinnon, Elizabeth Cudmore and Edna MacKinnon. Predeceased by her parents, Duncan and Flora (MacFadyen) MacKinnon of Riverdale; brothers, Burton, Henry, Louis, all of Toronto, and Lloyd (Second World War). Resting at the Cutcliffe Funeral Home until Thursday morning, then transferred to Trinity United Church for funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment later in the family plot at People's Cemetery.
