Passed at St. John Regional Hospital, N.B., October 20, 2014 of George MacFarlane, of Vernon Bridge, age 66 years.
Beloved husband of Beverly Joy MacFarlane (nee Murray); loving father of Clinton (Sheryl) MacFarlane and the late Bill MacFarlane. He is also survived by grandchildren - Emilia, Gabe and Payton; brother - David MacFarlane; and sisters - Sharon (Malcom) Perterson, Ariel Laird and Frances (Tim) Broomer.
George was predeceased by parents, Clarence and Alberta (nee Dryden); son - Bill; and brother-in-law - Bobby Laird.
Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford, with visiting hours Thursday, October 23, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to be held Friday, October 24, at Hillsboro Funeral Home, Stratford Chapel at 1:30 p.m. Interment to take place later at St. Andrew's United Church Cemetery.
Donations in George's memory may be made to Heart and Stroke or the Canadian Cancer Society.
