HODGES, DARLENE MARIE - Peacefully at home on October 21, 2014, Darlene Marie Hodges of Nackawic, NB left this world and many loved ones. Darlene was born at Perth Andover, NB in 1960, a daughter of Charlene (McQuade) Hodges-Bourgeois and the late Ellery Hodges. She was a pillar of her community, known as a great hair stylist and aesthetician, with many attributes. Darlene was a lot of things; social worker, counselor, loyal friend and a loving mother, spouse and Gramis. Always putting others first, a great shoulder to lean on. She will be dearly missed by ‘all’ who were lucky enough to know her. She is survived by her husband, Tim Ford; her children, Tara Seveck, Clay Ford and Troy Ford (Krystle); her grandchildren, Brooke, Heidy and Kyle, Pyeper, Raylan and Grayson, Maddie and Bridget; her mother, Charlene Bourgeois, Medford, NB; her siblings, Wayne Hodges (Carole), Donna Adams (John), Molly Coughey (Stephen) and Burke Hodges (Meagen); several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a special niece, Paige. Darlene was predeceased by her father.
Visitation will be held at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis Drive, Nackawic, NB on Friday, October 24, 2014 from 12 noon to 3 p.m. when the funeral service will be held.
