Burry
Passed peacefully away at James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander on Saturday, October 11, 2014 Ronald Robert Burry age 93 years of Gander(formerly of Greenspond). Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife Nellie; daughters Audrey Burry of St. John’s and Edna Over(Irving) of Mississauga, ON.; step-daughter Patsy Blake(Wilson) of Gander; grandchildren Alliah, Sean, step-grandchildren; Suzanne and Paul; great-grandchildren Olivia, Noah and Nicholas; sisters Alma Carter of St. John’s, Mary Eveleigh of Botwood and Ida Winter of Gander; and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Funeral service took place at The United Church, Greenspond on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 with Rev. Brian Hannon officiating. Interment followed at The United Cemetery, Greenspond. As an expression of sympathy donations in Ronald’s memory may be made to The United Church Cemetery Fund, Greenspond or to a charity of one’s choice.
