Born in Hazel Grove daughter of Erma (Houston) Ferris of Andrews Lodge, Charlottetown, and the late Ray Ferris. Wife of the late Oliver H. Parkman. Mother of Wilma (Allan) DesRoche, Stanley (Sheila Younker), David, Deryl (Cathy), Dwight (Debra), Keith (Donna) Marvyn (Vickie Sentner), Lyonel (Kathy) and Natalie (Terry) Perry. Mother-in-law of Sarena Parkman. Grandmother to 18 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Sister of Esther (Carl) Robinson.
