BELBIN, Harvey – Passed peacefully away after a short illness Harvey Belbin of New Chelsea, age 86 years. Leaving to mourn three children: Jean (Richard) Spence, Shirley (Wayne) Norton, Ontario and Bob (Charmaine) Belbin, Mt. Pearl. Grandchildren: Bonie, Michael, Shawn, Tina, Kenny, Richard and Daniel.
