BLANE, Elsie May, 88, Port LaTour, Shelburne County passed away on Friday, October 24, 2014 at her home. Born in Lockeport on March 1, 1926, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Alfreda (Broughm) Stephens. She was a school teacher for approximately 25 years. She is survived by a son, Raymond, Port LaTour, brother, Forest, Riverhead, Shelburne County; sister, Joyce Frelick, California; many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Howard; brother, Francis; sister, Doris Smith. There was a private graveside service with the family at the Osborne Cemetery.
