There is not one day that passes in our lives
That you’re not in thoughts, hearts, minds you do thrive
You brought smiles and laughter to our hearts
Until the Day you Had to Part
Spike, John, Dad or Poppa in each of our hearts we do miss
Your gentle ways, and your lovely kiss
A Soldier you were in World War II
But also a soldier through the years of sickness too
Never complaining always seeing the bright side
Joking laughter all aside, with all that you went through
Your Wife Ann and Family sure miss you
God and Angels up above share our love with Spike Above
