MCGRAY - It is with great regret we announce the passing of Margaret K. McGray on Monday October 6, 2014. The daughter of the late Stuart and Margaret (Boyd) McGray. She was predeceased by her sister Phillis Love, leaving behind a brother–in-law, Amos Love, Huntsville ON; two nephews, a niece, six great nieces and nephews, and one great-great niece. Margaret served with the Canadian Army from 1942-1946, and was a secretary to the treasurer of Maritime Tel & Tel for thirty three years. She then retired and moved back to Yarmouth. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. There was no visitation or service by her request. Cremation has taken place and she will be interred in the family plot in Arcadia Cemetery. Online condolences can be made to the family at sweenysfh@eastlink.ca.
