Prosser, Jeanette Rosalynd – 86, passed away November 4, 2014 at Vimy Court Nursing Home, Bible Hill. Originally from Wood’s Harbor, she was a daughter of the late Ozzie and Ella (Forbes) Dixon. Jeanette is survived by her children, Gloria (Ernie) Dooley, Mulgrave, Robert (Ann) Prosser, Dartmouth, David (Donna) Prosser, Halifax, Debbie (Kenny) Parks, Mulgrave, Cheryl (Michael) Layden, Mulgrave; grandchildren, Nancy, Sarah, Sean, Adam, Emily, John, Nicole, Michael; great granddaughter, Shea. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 60 years, Earl and fourteen siblings. Words cannot express our heartfelt gratitude to the wonderful staff at Vimy Court who loved her even when she was a little stubborn. She truly had a home there with what became her extended family. There will be no visitation by request. Cremation has taken place with private family interment at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to your local SPCA or a charity of choice.
