JENSEN, SHIRLEY - At the Falls Villa (Grand Falls Manor), on Wednesday, November 5th 2014, Ms. Shirley Jensen, formerly of Saint-Leonard, passed away at the age of 80 years. Born at New Denmark in 1934, she was the daughter of the late Conrad and the late Rosie (McCormack) Jensen. She is survived by five children: Donald "Bab" Cassista (Danielle), Alain Cassista (Camilla), Joyce (Pit Beaulieu), Lise (Roland Beaulieu) and Parise (Morel Page); nine grandchildren: Liette, Justin, Dominic, Eric, Renee, Deny, Mayline, Patric, Mathieu and four great-grandchildren: Jayden, Jasmine, Kenzie and Jade. She is also survived by one brother Kent Jensen (late Diane) of Fredericton, NB and one sister Norma (Tom Rosa) of Trenton, Ont.
Resting at O'Regan's Chapel, 83 St-Antoine Street, Saint-Leonard with visiting hours Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m. Her funeral service will be held Saturday, November 8th at 4 p.m. from the Saint-Leonard Roman Catholic Church with interment in the parish cemetery.
