It is with great sadness that the family of the late Angela Thistle-March announce her passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Friday November 6th 2014 at the age of 82 years. She will be sadly missed by her children: Shirley (John), Bill (Karen), Cathy, Robert (Judy), Anita, Kenny (Bernetta), Paul( Audrey), Gerard and Jennifer (Pat), her brother Samuel Short, her twelve grandchildren: Stephen, Lesley, Ellen, Michael, Katy, Ben, Jessica, Jenny, Brandon, Whitney, Angela and April, her two great-grandchildren; Zack and Julia along with a large number of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her 1st husband Ben Thistle and her 2nd husband Ron March, her parents Stan and Catherine Short, her sister Susie Letasz and her daughter-in-law Debbie Thistle. The family will be receiving friends on Friday November 7th, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Russell’s Funeral Home 57 Prince Rupert Drive. Funeral services will take place on Saturday November 8th, 2014 at 10 am from St. Stephen’s Parish on West Street with interment in the Hillside Interfaith Cemetery on the Hansen Highway. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers donations to the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
