Passed peacefully away on November 12th, 2014 at the Dr. L.A. Miller Center in the presence of her family. Helen (nee Salter) Rowe age 69 years. Predeceased by her parents Wilhelmina and Hubert Salter and sister Deborah Salter Hiscock. Leaving to mourn loving husband Bobby; daughters: Karyn (Frank), Jennifer (Tony), and Christy (Paul); son Gordon (Melissa); grandchildren: Riley, Luke and Tommaso; brother Eric Salter (Judith); sister Karen Salter Hann (David); brother-in-law Gene Hiscock and a number of nieces and nephews. Helen was a beautiful and generous person. An angel on earth if ever there was one. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Thursday November 13th, 2014 from 7 pm- 9 pm and Friday November 14th, 2014 from 2 pm- 4 pm and 7 pm- 9 pm. Funeral service will take place at Cochrane Street United Church on Saturday November 15th, 2014 at 2 pm. Interment will follow at the General Protestant Cemetery, Waterford Bridge Road.
