STEEVES, NORMA J. - Norma J. Steeves, 80, of Riverview, passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on Wednesday, November 19, 2014. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Holly (Weldon) Simmons. Norma was a former Manager at Dominion Play World. An avid birdwatcher, she enjoyed working in her flower beds and spending time with her friends. She was always there to lend a helping hand. Norma will be sadly missed by her children, Douglas Steeves (Kendy) of Panama, Tammy Manning of Moncton and David Steeves (Barb Todd) of Toronto, ON; grandchildren, Stephanie, Amanda, Michael, Teska, Katherine and Alexander; great grandchildren, Hannah, Lucas, Lia Douglas and Harrison; sister, Audrey Hicks of Riverview; three nieces and one nephew. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Leonard Steeves (1997); and several brothers and sisters.
