PARSONS, Faith Doreen – Jan. 26, 1946 - Jan. 3, 2009. Passed peacefully away at home in Biloxi, Miss., formerly of Mt. Pearl, NL, after a lengthy illness, Faith Doreen Parsons. Predeceased by her parents Gorden and Jean Parsons and brother George Parsons, Mt. Pearl. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories husband Joel Porter; daughter Rev. Belinda Slade (Jim); son Gerald Herring; grandchildren: Brandi Trosclair, her daughter Trynity and Bryan Trosclair, all of Biloxi, Miss.; brothers: Gorden (Bud) (Lorraine) Parsons and Perry (Christina) Parsons; step-mother Maude Parsons; niece Kelly (Bradley) Scott, Annie and Austen; nephew Kenneth (Donna) Parsons, Daniel, all of Mt. Pearl and CBS. Also a large number of relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at The Church of Ascension, Mt. Pearl at a later date.
