In memory of our dear husband and father, Allen Noris Potter, January 13, 1938 … November 20, 2014. A loving husband to Carole Ann and devoted father to Tena Marie Caldwel (Grant), Tamie Lynn Verhoeven (Gerard), Timothy Allen Potter (Maribeth) and Tricia Dawn Shaw (Stephen); “Bampie” to: Larissa, Tony, Savanna, Mark, Abrial, Seldon, Hannah, Mathea, Spierings, Caleb, Matthew, Brohen, Makaylea, Makyah and Ricquelle; and “Hey Boy” to Simon. Allen is also survived by his sisters: Christina Larramore of Digby, NS and Leona Phelan of Bridgetown, NS; his brother Lewis Potter of Bay-de-Verde, NL; as well as many extended family and friends. Allen is predeceased by his parents: Seldon and Jennie (nee Pulley) Potter; his infant son; his brother Lenley Potter; and his sisters: Doris Robar and Violet Larramore. Arrangements were entrusted to the professional care of Sussex Select Community Funeral Home, 21 Aiton Road, Sussex, (506)433-2133. Visitation was held on Monday from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm with a funeral service immediately following at 2:00 pm, all in Sussex Wesleyan Church.
