It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother, Nora McHugh of Marysvale, age 87 years. Mom passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family at the Carbonear General Hospital on November 29, 2014. Predeceased by her loving husband, Raymond, Son, Desmond, Grandsons, TJ and Billy, Sons-in-law, Ted, Terry and Neville, Parents, Thomas and Anastasia, Brothers, Thomas, Cyril, James and Michael, Sisters, Ann, Alice, Dorothy, Joan and Theresa. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, Sons, Jerome (Patsy), Noel (Gloria) and Ronnie (Peggy), Daughters, Mary (Bill), Patsy, Marlene (Ron), Nancy (Mike), Gloria (Bern), Janet (Dan), Gail (Wade), Valerie (Ken), Colleen (Johnny) and Daughter-in-law, Mary, Brother, Pad Moriarity and sister Margaret (Peg) Whelan, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, 26 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. Also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Broughton's Funeral Home, Brigus with visitation on Monday from 1-9 p.m., Tuesday from 12-9 p.m., Wednesday from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Funeral to take place on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. from Our Lady of The Snows Church, Marysvale with interment to follow in the R.C.
