It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one at Bonnews Lodge, Badger’s Quay on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 Norman Gordon Abbott age 88 years of Musgrave Harbour. Predeceased by his parents Hebert and Violet Abbott; wife Marguerite; and daughter Beatrice. Left with fond and loving memories are his daughters Verna(Ray Melanson) of Gagetown, NB. and Marlene(Thomas) of Gagetown, NB.; grandchildren Jeffrey and Steven; great-grandchildren Jordan, Sydney and Ashlyn; brothers Cyril Abbott(Patsy) of Musgrave Harbour and Raymond Abbott(Betty) of St. John’s; and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Funeral service took place at The Salvation Army Citadel, Musgrave Harbour on Friday, November 28, 2104 with Major Betty-Lou Topping officiating. Interment followed at The Salvation Army Cemetery, Musgrave Harbour. As an expression of sympathy donations in his memory may be made to The Salvation Army, Musgrave Harbour.
