Washington, Franklin John. The family of Frank Washington is saddened to announce his passing on November 25, 2014, at the age of 89. Frank was born in Swift Current on November 13, 1925 to Anthony John and Beatrice Gertrude (nee: Knowles) Washington and raised on the family farm south of Swift Current. He married Rose Senyk on February 3, 1951. He farmed south of Swift Current until his retirement. Frank was predeceased by his parents, three sisters, two brothers and numerous in-laws. He is survived by his wife, Rose, his daughters, Gail (Jim) McVicar, Jo-Ann Washington (Bob Chiga), Linda (Ron) Fehr, Heather (Richard) Crawford; grandchildren, Ross (Melissa) McVicar, Toni McVicar, Mitchell, Landon and Kelsey Fehr and Reece Crawford; great grandson, Lucas McVicar.
