It is with great sadness that the families of Elmo Eugene Hampton announce his passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook, NL, on Wednesday, December 3rd, 2014, at the age of 67 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his special care giving family; Rufus & Debbie Young, & Chantille & Wade Clarke, special niece; Cathy Hampton (John McKinnon), his siblings; Mrs. Judy freak, Wycliffe (Margaret) Hampton, Marjorie McLean (Milton Wilton), Wilson (Linda) Hampton, Greta (Joe) Walsh, Beaton Hampton, & Cassie Hampton (Norman Burt), Eugene was predeceased by his parents; Willis Hampton & Ruby Hampton nee Wheeler, & his brother; Leonard Hampton, also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, family and friends. The family will be receiving family and friends from the Pentecostal Church in Howley, NL, on Saturday, December 6th, 2014, from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 pm, where also the funeral service will take place from on Sunday, December 7th, 2014, at 2: pm with Majors: Wayne & Betty-Ann Pike, & Pastor: David Gifford officiating with the burial to follow at the Pentecostal Church cemetery in Howley, NL.
