KEENAN, MARY - Mary Agnes Keenan, 90, of Woodstock NB passed away on Friday, December 05, 2014 at her residence Riverside Court. Mary was born in Woodstock NB on March 23, 1924 daughter of the late John and Annie (McDade) Lenehan. Mary is survived by her daughters; Anne Fraser (Jim), Theresa Fowler (Richard), sons; Donald Keenan (Myrna), Robert Keenan (Mary), eleven grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides her parents, Mary was predeceased by her husband; Henry, son; Brian, brothers; Charles, Donald, Reginald, Rice, Basil, Carleton, and Ronald. Mary was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Visitation was held at The Carleton Funeral Home & Crematorium 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville on Sunday, December 7 from 2 PM to 6 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, December 8 from St. Gertrude’s Roman Catholic Church at 11 AM with Fr. John Keoughan. Interment will be held in Calvary Cemetery at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the St. Gertrude’s Cemetery Fund, Canadian Diabetes Association or to a memorial of the donor’s choice.
