SAVOIE, MARIE ANTOINETTE - 1922 - 2014 -Marie Antoinette Savoie, 92, of Moncton, NB, passed away on Monday, December 8th, 2014, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Center, Moncton, NB. Born in Anse-des-Belliveau, NS, she was the daughter of the late Emile and the late Emelie (née: Deveau) Belliveau. Mrs. Savoie taught school in Moncton at St-Henri, Beauséjour, Aberdeen and Essex schools. She is survived by three daughters: Diane T. Savoie and Joanne Savoie-Hegenbarth (John), both of Moncton and Adrienne Savoie (Jacques Naubert) of Chambly QC; one granddaughter, Khaylie Hegenbarth, as well as the several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Yvon; one daughter, Mariette; one sister, Adeline and also by one brother, Joffre.
A Celebration of the Word will be celebrated from the Chartersville Funeral Home Chapel, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB, (857-1901), on Saturday, December 13th, 2014 at noon. Interment in Notre-Dame-du-Calvaire Cemetery, Dieppe, NB. In lieu of flowers, donations to the CHU Dumont Foundation “Tree of Hope” would be appreciated by the family.
