PARSONS, Rexine - Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre, St. John’s on Friday January 9, 2009, Rexine Parsons of Bloomfiend, aged 71 years. Predeceased by son Sam Blagdon and parents Rex and Nellie Greening. Left with fond and loving memories are her husband Rex of 51 years; children Anne (Glynn) of Whales, U.K.; Lynda (Robert) of Winterbrook; Laurie (Craig) of Fort McMurray, Alta..; John (Susan) of Wetaskain, Alta..; Renee (Mark) of Edmonton, Alta..; Scott of Bloomfield; Nina Janes (Cliff) of Calgary. Alta.., daughter-in-law Christine Blagdon of Bloomfield; sisters Geneva Goodwin (John) of St. John’s, Kaye Barbour (Jessie) of St. John’s, Patricia Melindy (Lloyd) of Springdale, Lynn Perry (Eric) of Bloomfield. Joan Boddez (Gordon) of Alberta, Donna Rae Furlong (Paul) of Alberta; brother Glenn (Martha) of Mount Pearl; 15 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild along with a number of relatives and friends. Resting at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Lethbridge. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. on Wednesday, January 14, 2009 from the Heritage United Church, Musgravetown with interment to follow at the United Cemetery, Musgravetown.
