The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Wednesday, December 17, 2014, of Elizabeth Frances Rayner of Summerside and formerly of Greenmount, aged 77 years. Elizabeth was born in Greenmount to her late parents Marshall and Dorothy (nee Gordon) Rayner. She is survived by her sisters Jean MacArthur, Jessie Rayner, Grace (Tom) Palmer, Joyce Baglole and Eva (Harold) MacDonald, sisters-in-law Faye and Barbara and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Elizabeth was predeceased by her brothers Eldon and John Rayner, brothers-in-law Eldon MacArthur and Desmond Baglole and her nephew Donald Palmer. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside, until Friday, Dec. 19, for a funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m. Interment to take place in People¹s Cemetery, Summerside.
