On December 19, 2014, at St. Patrick's Mercy Home surrounded by his loving family, passed peacefully into eternity, Frederick Trimm, age 79 years. Predeceased by his parents, Llewellyn and Ella Trimm. Leaving to mourn his loss and celebrate his life - his wife, Olive (nee Hiscock); 2 daughters: Barbara Norris (Terry Porter) and Brenda Crummey (Chris); 4 grandchildren: Ryan (Melissa) and Meaghan Norris, and Jessica and Grant Crummey; sister, Rev. Elsie Squires (Max); brother, Harrison (Phyllis); brother-in-law, Gordon Hiscock (Joan); as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Fred spent his career at Canada Post and faithfully served his beloved church, Elim Pentecostal Tabernacle in St. John's. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue, on Sunday, December 21, from 2-4pm and 7-9pm, and on Monday, December 22, from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral service will be held at Elim Pentecostal Tabernacle on Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at 10:30am with interment to follow at the United Church Cemetery in New Chelsea, Trinity Bay.
