Joe is survived by his loving partner, Erma Nicholson; his son, Sean (Caroline); sisters, Marie Riley, Jean Decoff; brothers, Bill and Tom; and his stepfather, Bernie Barry. Joe was predeceased by his parents, Ethel Barry and Clarence Riley; brothers, Angus, Colin and Peter.
Joe was a loving kind man who enjoyed sharing his life with family and friends. He enjoyed playing music, the first days of the fishing season, crosswords, a good game of cards, a fine cigar and a nice scotch. Joe will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
As per Joe's request there is no visitation or funeral. His family and friends will gather at a later date to celebrate Joe's life.
