MAYNARD, YVES B. - 1926 - 2014 - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Yves Maynard on December 23rd, 2014 at The Moncton hospital. Born in Quebec, he moved often with his career in the Navy. Upon retirement he settled in the Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia with his wife Joan. After her passing in 2010 he moved to Royal Court in Riverview. He will be sadly missed and loved forever by his daughters, Claire MacDermid (Riverview) and Sarah Maynard (Cornwall) and their spouses, his seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife of 59 years Joan Elizabeth.
In honoring his wishes, there will be no visitation. A private family gathering will be held at a later date. The arrangements are entrusted to Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Road, Riverview (869-2007), online condolences may be expressed at cobbsfuneralhome.ca
