It is with great sadness that the family of the late Joan Brown announce her passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at the age of 68 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, husband William Dugan; children: Clayton, Stephen, and Wayne; grandchildren: Breigha, Adreia, Stephen, and Bradley; mother Mildred; brother David; sisters: Barbara Locke, Marie Pearce, Margaret Rose, Sharon Wiseman, Jean Vincent, and Helen Beck; niece Angela; great-niece Gracie, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by son Anthony and father Arthur Wiseman. In keeping with Joans’ wishes, cremation has taken place. Friends may visit Country Haven Funeral Home Chapel, 167 Country Road on Saturday, January 3, 2015 from 1-2:00 p.m. The funeral service will directly follow at 2:00 p.m., officiated by Arch Deacon Edward King. Interment will take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
