CORMIER, ERNEST "ERNIE" - 1932 – 2015 - Ernest "Ernie" Cormier, 82 of Saint-Paul, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his wife and children, on January 3rd, 2015 at the Dr G.L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton. He was married to Lilianne (Cormier) Cormier. Born in Sainte-Marie de Kent, he was the son of the late Fred D. and the late Ida (LeBlanc) Cormier. He will be sadly missed by his wife of 60 years, Lilianne Comier, his five children; Jacqueline Turnbull (Pierre) of Sussex, Nicole Cormier Belliveau (Jean) of Bouctouche, Roland of Moncton, Bernard (Lynne) of Notre-Dame and Marcel (Claudette) of Dieppe, six grandchildren; Eric, Amélie, Luc, Monica, Jérémie and Jolène. He also leaves to mourn one sister Idella Belliveau of Pierre Fonds, QC and several nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by one brother Job.
Visitations will be held at the Saint-Paul de Kent Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room on Wednesday, January 7th, 2015 from 7 to 9 and on Thursday from 2 to 3:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Paul de Kent Church on Thursday, January 8th, 2015 at 4:00 pm with interment in the parish cemetery in the spring.
